Shipping and Returns

Customer experience is the most important to us. That’s why we have a very relaxed return policy. You can generally return everything that was not custom made for you.

Inside the EU, returns are paid by us!

Ceramics and other unique items are shipped from Croatia via the Croatian Post Office. Please check the list below for shipping costs and at which order amount you’ll automatically get free shipping.

Some items, for example our Hahnemühle Prints, iPhone cases and Clothing are “Print on demand” and are shipped from Croatia, the USA, Germany or Lithuania, they have varying shipping costs which are calculated at the checkout. Items that we have in store can be picked up without shipping costs at our Studio in Ližnjan, Croatia, for this please click on “pick up” when placing your order.

How Returns Work

Please fill out the return form above, we will contact you with further steps within three days.

For a full refund the item and packaging must be delivered to us intact and without damage. Before sending the parcel, the return form must be filled out. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Custom made or personalized items cannot be returned. If you’re unsatisfied with a custom made or personalized item please don’t hesitate to contact us regardless - we will make it right!
